SHE IS FREE
Don’t grieve for her, for now she is free
She is following the path God laid for her.
She took His hand when she heard Him call
She turned her back and left it all.
She could not stay another day,
To laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way,
She found that place at the close of the day.
If her parting has left void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Ah yes, these things, She too, will miss.
Be not be burdened with times of sorrows,
She wishes you sunshine of tomorrow.
Her life’s been full, she savoured much,
Good friends, good times, a love’s one touch.
Perhaps her time seemed all too brief,
Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with her,
God wanted HER now, He set HER FREE…
